We offer 14-days hassle-free return for your bikini. The item/s must be in original condition. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

PLAYAME offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost) on items that meet the above conditions.

IN CASE OF FAULTY PIECE

We aim to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality. However in the case of faulty/ damaged items please email us at info[@]playameswim.com with your order number and a photo of the fault. Once we receive your request we will arrange a replacement for you!

IN CASE OF INCORRECT PIECE

Please email us at info[@]playameswim.com with your order number and style you’ve incorrectly received. Once we receive your request, we will ensure you receive your original order.
