PLAYAME Swim is exclusively available online here at playameswim.com. Our swimwear, clothing and accessories line cannot be purchased from any other online stores or retailers. 

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Once an order has been submitted online, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Our warehouse starts processing orders immediately after they are placed to ensure we ship out your orders as quickly as possible.

Please make sure you choose your items, size, quantity and address before placing your order. Should you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back once the order has been received.

We aim to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality. However in the case of faulty/ damaged items please email us at info@playameswim.com with your order number and a photo of the fault. Once we receive your request we will arrange a replacement for you!
